With your tour at PacaPoo, you'll enjoy the serenity of our rural alpaca lifestyle, experience the joy of being with Alpacas, and leave refreshed and rejuvenated.

1. Tours last approximately an hour depending on questions and interest.
2. Shop our farm store
3. A liability waiver needs to be signed at the beginning of the tour
4. Please DO NOT just show up at the gate, we may not be available and we don't want you to be disappointed.
5. No pets, please! If you bring your pet, you will be asked to leave. This is for the safety of the alpacas as well as your pet.  Nobody deserves to be in a HOT vehicle for over an hour.

What to expect:

• Learn about Alpacas.
• Take pictures and get up close and personal with the Alpacas.
• Feed the Alpacas 
• Shop our ranch store for unique alpaca products, yarn, and hand-knit or crocheted items from our alpacas
• This is a working ranch and visitors are expected to understand that there may be hazards not normally encountered.
• Visitors should wear appropriate shoes (high-heels not advised) and other clothing appropriate for the weather and outdoor activity. And if it's been raining, you will likely need BOOTS to navigate the MUD.
• Young children must be kept under close supervision. See the rules below. Visitors unable to comply with this may be turned away.

Rules

• It's important, for your best experience, to behave in a calm/quiet manner - use "inside voices".
• No running/jumping.
• No rock throwing, even though a rock is calling your name.
• Stay with the group.

Cancellation policy

Due to limited tour availability and our ability to fill late openings, you may request (confirmation from us required) to cancel for a full refund (minus the booking fee) or reschedule up to 24 hours before the date/time of appointment. After that time there will be no refund. This includes late/no-shows.
